b) All sources, citations, and third-party materials used in the manuscript are properly credited.
c) The manuscript follows all applicable ethical and professional standards.
d) The author agrees to the terms of this Agreement before the manuscript is published.
Peer Review
Step 1: Initial Screening
The Editorial Board evaluates the manuscript for scope, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines.
Step 4: Review Decision

Step 2: Reviewer Assignment
Each manuscript is assigned to at least two (2) independent reviewers with expertise in the subject area.
